Public Meetings or Hearings

Public Hearings will be conducted in-person, virtually and live-streamed on the City of Courtenay's YouTube channel. Anyone who believes they are affected by a proposed bylaw shall be given a reasonable opportunity to be heard.

All written submissions must be received by 1 p.m. on the day of the hearing. Submissions should contain the writer's name and address which become part of the public record.
