Monday, February 9 is Family Day in BC.

The Courtenay Recreation Lewis Centre will be OPEN for Family Day between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm, with special, FREE activities between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm.

The Wellness Centre and squash will be open from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm at regular admission rates.

Facility Closures

The following City facilities and offices will be closed on Family Day:

• City Hall
• Courtenay Recreation Florence Filberg Centre
• Public Works Yard
• Courtenay Fire Hall
• The LINC Youth Centre has been closed for repairs since December, and will remain closed until further notice

Fire and Other Emergency Services

The Courtenay Volunteer Fire Department will be on-call for emergency services. Call 9-1-1.

The Public Works Yard will be on-call for emergency services. Call 250-334-2947.
