Important Tax Deadlines

Did you miss the July 3, 2018 property tax or home owner grant deadline? Have you not yet claimed the prior year 2017 home owner grant? Do you need to defer your 2018 property taxes?

If you answered yes to any of these questions:

December 31st, 2018 by 3:00 pm is the deadline to:

• Claim a home owner grant for 2018.
• Claim a retroactive home owner grant for 2017.
• Pay current taxes (2018) before interest starts to accrue.
• Submit an application to defer 2018 property taxes.
