Notice of Upcoming Tax Sale

Important information for City of Courtenay property owners with outstanding property taxes for the past three years (2017 taxes):

Your property's address and legal description will be advertised in the Comox Valley Record newspaper on September 17 and September 24, 2019, as well as the City of Courtenay website at www.courtenay.ca/taxsale .

If outstanding taxes remain unpaid, your property will be included in a tax sale on September 30, 2019 at 10:00 am in the City Hall Council Chambers.

Please contact the City of Courtenay Financial Services Department to arrange for payment.
