Overnight Work on 17th Street at Riverside Lane Rescheduled

Updated August 19, 2019: Planned overnight work across 17th Street has been rescheduled. Work will start Sunday August 25 and be completed by the end of August. At least one lane of traffic flow on 17th Street will be maintained in both directions at all times during this overnight work.

Construction on the Riverside Lane sewer line project was announced earlier this month.

• August 1, 2019: Construction on Riverside Lane for Sewer Line Twinning

The contractor has confirmed that overnight construction across 17th Street will begin on the evening of Sunday, August 18, and will continue nightly until Friday, August 30, 2019, weather permitting. Work is scheduled from 7:00 pm to 6:00 am nightly. At least one lane of traffic flow will be maintained in both directions at all times. Traffic control personnel will be on site to direct vehicles, pedestrians and cyclists within the work area.
