Provincial Speculation and Vacancy Tax Does Not Apply to City of Courtenay

The Province of B.C. has recently implemented a Speculation and Vacancy Tax in several designated regions of B.C. The City of Courtenay has received inquiries from the public about how this tax may affect them.  

The speculation and vacancy tax does not apply to the City of Courtenay, and no action is required by City of Courtenay property owners.
