Monday, June 28 Courtenay Recreation Update: With the heat warning in effect, some programs at Courtenay Recreation may be cancelled or relocated.
This post will be updated as information is received:
The following programs are moved indoors
- Cardio Kix fit mix
- Zumba Toning
Please note – Participants are required to wear a mask for any fitness programs that are moved indoors
The following programs are cancelled:
- Aquafit
- Simply Strength 1
