Kelly & Carlos O’Bryan’s Pub and Bar Application for Change to Liquor Licence

Kelly & Carlos O’Bryan’s Pub and Bar located at 2910 Kilpatrick Avenue has applied to the Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch (LCRB) for a permanent change to their food primary liquor license.

The applicant is requesting a permanent change to their hours of service for the food primary licence, six days a week (Monday to Saturday) as outlined in the following table.

Pursuant to section 38 (1) of the Liquor Control and Licensing Act, such a liquor licence must not be issued or amended unless the applicant has given the local government notice of application in accordance with the regulations.

Written comments on this application must be received by December 6, 2023 at 1:00 pm.

Council will consider the application at the December 6, 2023 Council meeting.
