Statement on Mandatory Leave of Absence for Councillor Frisch

The City of Courtenay advises that Councillor David Frisch is on mandatory leave of absence pursuant to the requirements of sections 109.1 through 109.3 of the Community Charter. This section applies to a Council member who is charged with an offence under the criminal code.
