Website Redesign Survey

The City of Courtenay in the early stages of a website redesign. The community is invited to help shape plans for the website by filling out a quick online survey.

The survey should take less than five minutes to complete, and is open to everyone who uses the City website or lives, works, plays or learns in Courtenay. Please complete the survey by November 13, 2024.

The new courtenay.ca website is expected to launch in summer 2025. The website upgrade will replace the current 10+ year old website using modern accessibility standards and overall improvements to online information and services. Results from the online survey will be used to inform decisions on website layout and content.
