Liquor Licence Application for 975 Comox Road

At the Regular Council meeting on February 12, 2025, Council will consider an application for a new licence for a liquor primary service at 975 Comox Road to accomodate an 172 person capacity pub with a seasonal patio.

The business's intended hours of operation are Sunday - Wednesday 11 a.m. - 9 p.m. and Thursday - Saturday 11 a.m. - 11 p.m.

Public input is invited on this application prior to the City of Courtenay submitting a response to the Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch. Please note that all submissions must include the name and address of the writer which will become part of the public record.

Written comments on this application must be received by Monday, February 3, at 4 p.m. Council will consider the application at the February 12, 2025 Council Meeting.
