The following City of Courtenay facilities and offices will be closed on Friday, April 7 and Monday, April 10 for the Easter weekend holiday:

  • City Hall
  • Courtenay Recreation Florence Filberg Centre
  • Public Works Yard
  • Courtenay Fire Hall
  • The LINC Youth Centre

The Lewis Centre has a special event on Friday, April 7th but will be closed Monday, April 10:

  • Courtenay Recreation Lewis Centre: Free Easter Promenade activities on Friday, April 7th from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.  Register in advance for the $8/family Egg Hunt, 250-338-5371. The Wellness Centre and Squash will NOT be open during this time. For further information visit courtenay.ca/easter

Fire and Other Emergency Services

The Courtenay Volunteer Fire Department will be on-call for emergency services. Call 9-1-1.

The Public Works Yard will be on-call for emergency services. Call 250-334-2947.
