City of Courtenay 2018 property tax notices were mailed out on Tuesday, May 22, 2018.

Electronic Home Owner Grant

 Claim your home owner grant conveniently online until July 3, 2018 at 4:30 pm. You will need your 2018 Property Tax Notice to claim your grant.

Property Tax Payment Options

There are several different ways to pay your property taxes, including online or telephone banking through your financial institution, in person at Courtenay City Hall during business hours, or through the after-hours mail slot.
