Meetings take place in the Comox Valley Regional District Civic Room, 770 Harmston Avenue, unless otherwise stated.

The meeting duration will vary according to the agenda.
Courtenay City Council meets on the first and third Mondays of each month, or Tuesdays following a statutory holiday. The Committee of the Whole meets the last Monday of each month.
