Bylaw Compliance Strategy and Service Delivery

The survey aims to gather your feedback and insights on Courtenay's current bylaw enforcement efforts. Your input will help identify areas for improvement and develop a customer-focused strategy that enhances our community's quality of life.

Your feedback will directly influence decision-making, resource allocation, and the development of initiatives aimed at creating a safer, cleaner, and more harmonious community.
