Drop-in Fitness Programs

  • Participation in drop-in fitness programs are on a first come, first served basis.
  • Participants must register and pay for the class prior to attending. This can be done via a punch pass at the beginning of class or with payment at the front desk. If paying at the front desk, a receipt must be taken to the class as proof of purchase.
  • Doors for the class will open 15 minutes prior to the start time. If you arrive early, please wait outside the doors for an instructor to let you in. Please line up in order of arrival, with a punch pass or receipt from payment.
  • Do not disturb or interrupt other classes while they are in session or cleaning up.

Monday Motivator

Start the week off right with a challenging mix of exercises that target your upper and lower body as well as core. You will develop balance, strength and agility, as well as improved heart and lungs. Instructor: Susan Obieglo

Yoga Sculpt
Mondays 3:30-4:30 p.m. and Wednesdays 3:30-4:30 p.m.
A creative mixture of Vinyasa yoga and strength training designed to create a full body workout. Combining traditional yoga asanas, strength training with light weights, ending in a soothing stretch. Zumba Toning

BootCamp Blast

You’ll get your butt kicked with a mix of equipment based and bodyweight exercises. This class combines cardio, functional training and conditioning exercises. Instructor: Steve Thomson
