About the Firehall
The Courtenay Fire Department serves a population of 38,000 over 181 square kilometres in the City of Courtenay and surrounding Fire Protection Districts. The department provides various fire-related services from one fire hall located at 650 Cumberland Road. A total of six career and 48 volunteer firefighters respond to both emergency and non-emergency calls.
