Water shut-off requests

A water shut-off may be necessary for plumbing repairs, maintenance or renovations. This is a free service.

If you need your water turned off:

• Contact Operational Services at least two business days in advance.
• Provide your name, address and phone number.
• City staff will arrive to turn the water off on the scheduled day.
• When ready, contact us to have the water turned back on.

Note: Shut-offs are available Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.
