The Connect Centre is operated by the Comox Valley Transition Society (CVTS) in a space leased from the City of Courtenay. From CVTS: "The goal of CONNECT is to help reduce homelessness by providing support and resources to individuals that may assist them in obtaining and maintaining housing."
