"The Junction," 988-8th Street

The Junction at 988 8^th Street, Courtenay, provides 46 homes with supports for people experiencing or at risk of homelessness. It is operated by The John Howard Society of North Island.

The City of Courtenay supported this project through a property lease to BC Housing valued at nearly half a million dollars over the 25-year lease term.

The facility opened in April 2019.
